In Loving Memory of Jessy Collard | Clackline, WA

It is with deep sorrow that we share the tragic passing of Jessy Collard, who lost her life in a fatal crash in Clackline, Western Australia, on Monday, 12 January 2026. Jessy, a beloved daughter, friend, and community member, tragically passed at the scene after the vehicle she was traveling in collided with a tree.

The crash occurred at approximately 9:05 p.m. on Great Eastern Highway, when a white Mazda 3C sedan, traveling northeast, left the roadway. Jessy was accompanied by two male passengers, a 29-year-old driver and a 43-year-old passenger, who were both transported to Royal Perth Hospital with critical injuries. Despite the efforts of first responders, Jessy could not be saved.

The WA Police Major Crash Investigation Section is currently examining the scene and urging anyone who witnessed the incident or has dash-cam or mobile footage to contact Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000 or upload evidence via the WA Police evidence portal.

Jessy’s passing leaves a profound void in the lives of all who knew her. She is remembered for her kindness, her vibrant spirit, and the joy she brought to friends and family. Our thoughts remain with her loved ones during this unimaginable loss, as well as with the first responders who worked tirelessly at the scene.
